Sevita's Mentor Community Services, dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals lead fulfilling lives by providing support and fostering meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily activities, personal hygiene, and behavioral challenges.
- Encourage community integration and participation in social and recreational activities.
- Support individuals in achieving personal development goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of caregiving experience can substitute for education.
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and insurance.
- Clear background check.
