We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities and supporting their overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals in living skills, recreational activities, and other forms of support in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, household chores, and medication administration.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals and promote community involvement through outings and transportation support.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Clear background check.
• Compassionate attitude and dedication to assisting others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and caring approach.
