This full-time position involves providing case management services to our clients in emergency shelter and housing stability programs. Responsibilities

• Provide case management activities, including case meetings and plan oversight.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Offer crisis intervention and create a safe, supportive environment for residents.
• Contribute to program development and community engagement efforts.

Requirements

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and background check clearance.
• Degree or relevant experience in social work or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of local housing programs is a plus.
• Physical and mental capability to meet job demands.
