Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Cashier to join our team at the Happy Valley Store located at 16th Ave & Happy Valley Rd. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, running registers, maintaining sales floor standards, and promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). This position offers a starting pay of $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process all forms of payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Solicit cash donations from customers at the register.
• Determine prices of goods and assist customers with inquiries.
• Complete closing procedures and ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Stock merchandise and follow sales floor standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Pass background check and drug screening if required.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and reading).
