Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide essential support to patients/residents in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs) under the direction of a nurse.
- Ensure a high standard of care and service to patients/residents and their families.
- Maintain a caring and compassionate atmosphere that respects each patient's/resident's individual needs.
- Adhere to all relevant protocols, guidelines, and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Compassionate and patient-focused with a strong commitment to quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
