Job Description

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of real estate projects, is looking for a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential properties. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial success of the properties while upholding Roundhouse's commitment to excellence and community development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property and work towards achieving set goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient property services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee rent collection and financial obligations.
  • Prepare reports on property performance and assist in resident events planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management or related field.
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

Salary & Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and employee discounts.
