Job Description

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading real estate developer, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining resident satisfaction, maximizing property performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Maintain accurate property records and financial data.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve property goals.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee service delivery.
  • Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure rent collection and financial obligations are met.
  • Prepare property performance reports and assist in resident events.
  • Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and other relevant regulations.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and represent the company positively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or real estate preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Real estate license required or obtainable within 120 days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Customer service oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
