Job Description

Protos Security, LLC, the largest technology-enabled security officer management company in the U.S., is seeking an entry-level Compliance Specialist to join their team. This full-time remote position involves ensuring the compliance of security vendors within their national network. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to maintain essential documentation and support the network's integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and monitor vendors' licensing and insurance compliance.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain and validate necessary documents.
  • Manage document repositories and data accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve compliance issues.
  • Participate in onboarding new vendors and maintain vendor profiles.
  • Contribute to meetings discussing business objectives and compliance needs.
  • Share best practices and maintain professional compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Undergraduate work preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in compliance or related role.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data validation and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Security industry experience beneficial.
