Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Business Team Lead to join CROSSMARK. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing client relationships, and exploring revenue-generating opportunities. Your role will involve managing business relations with retailers, developing strategic client plans, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all retailer P&L controllable items.
  • Provide leadership to team members and cultivate a positive growth environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers in a specific geographic region.
  • Create strategic client plans for brand promotion and activation.
  • Communicate effectively with client teams and drive understanding of customer insights.
  • Sell additional services to clients based on performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales execution, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel within the US for meetings as needed.

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve on-budget sales plan execution.
  • Drive new item acceptances and client growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high NPS scores.

Additional Requirements

Fluency in English required, bilingual skills may be beneficial. Valid driver’s license is necessary.

This position involves supervisory duties.

Work Environment

Combination of office and field work environment with travel requirements.
