Foundever is currently seeking a Customer Experience Associate (Inbound Calls Only) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through various communication channels, navigating systems efficiently, and continuously developing your skills through training. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and high-quality customer service, and resolving customer issues promptly.
