Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Use voice, chat, and/or email communications effectively.
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to assist customers efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• Live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293 for on-site work.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Display a can-do attitude and eagerness to advance in a stable work environment.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior background check clearance is required.
