Job Description

Reservoir Commons Dental Associates is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team at our location in Mansfield, CT. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, bonus opportunities, and over 200 CE's. The expected schedule is Monday and Tuesday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-3pm, and Thursday 8am-1pm with no weekends or late nights. We are open to considering part-time applicants as well. Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Connecticut and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
  • Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • New Grads are encouraged to apply!
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital tools, and electronic medical records.
  • Desire for continued learning and growth in clinical skills.
  • Ability to meet clinical needs as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
