Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build meaningful relationships and actively engage participants in community activities.
• Provide compassionate care to individuals with complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of caregiving experience or 6 months in human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clear background checks.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality care.
