Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position involves overseeing a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and fostering a culture of employee engagement and adherence to company values. Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and personnel structure within company guidelines.
• Optimize delivery schedules and routes for efficiency and meeting delivery targets.
• Onboard and manage delivery drivers, including equipment distribution and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
