Position Description:
Join our store team to create an exceptional customer experience and drive sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. You will be responsible for receiving donations courteously, organizing items, and maintaining the production room and sales floor.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept donations and provide excellent customer service.
- Label items correctly and offer receipts to donors.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading items.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organization.
- Operate equipment safely and conduct regular safety checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Proficiency in English.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
