Position Overview
We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Milan, OH. In this role, you will drive safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team to maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Develop safety strategies for projects impacting the facility.
- Manage hazardous waste and water permit compliance.
- Establish HSE metrics, reports, and action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in environmental monitoring and recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and training skills.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and workforce.
