Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Principal Trainer experienced in EHR Services to join our dynamic team remotely. As a key member of our EHR Services practice, you will work on Professional Billing configuration changes, mentor team members, lead software upgrades, and provide on-site support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
- Lead software upgrade initiatives and enhancements
- Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems
- Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades
- Develop and maintain application specific training curriculum
Required Qualifications:
- Active Epic certification in at least one area
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- Experience with Epic Professional Billing Application
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed Epic CEE
- Experience in team management and proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Key Competencies:
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
