Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Principal Trainer to join our dynamic team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of the EHR Services team, you will be responsible for managing integration teams, training best practices, and ensuring successful project execution in the field of Electronic Health Records (EHR) implementation and operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds, maintaining industry standards and ensuring quality.
  • Translate user requirements into design specifications and review with clients for accuracy.
  • Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems.
  • Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain application specific training curriculum.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Epic certification in Professional Billing.
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience and domain knowledge.
  • Experience with full cycle Epic Implementation on Professional Billing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team management experience and proficiency in MS Excel and other tools.
  • Completed Epic CEE for maintaining certifications.
