Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Principal Trainer to join our EHR Services team at Optum, a global organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery through technology. As a Clinical Principal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in managing integration teams, training best practices, and ensuring successful project execution in EHR Services implementation and operation projects. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work on Professional Billing configuration changes and builds, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
• Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems.
• Provide support during go-lives and system upgrades.
• Develop relationships with end user communities and business partners.

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Professional Billing.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience with at least one full cycle Epic Implementation.
