The Field Service Technician will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and servicing our cutting-edge products at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, preventative, and corrective maintenance of Astrophysics products.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment efficiently.
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote extended warranty service contracts.
• Provide technical training and support as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field OR 2-7 years of technical support or field service experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel consistently to various work sites.
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
