Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry by Hilton. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate revenue posting and balancing revenue departments daily. Your responsibilities will include performing audit procedures, preparing reports, handling wake-up call requests, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming guest experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards daily.
  • Generate required audit reports.
  • Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
  • Balance cash receipts and activities during the audit shift.
  • Prepare the front office for the day's business.
  • Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during night hours.
  • Participate in front office meetings and training programs.
  • Act as PBX operator during the audit shift.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

The Front Desk Agent role requires standing for long hours, manual dexterity, and physical flexibility. Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, have good vision, and communicate effectively in English.

The position demands clear communication, quick decision-making, stress management, problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
