Job Description
Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Full-time LPN Nurse to join our team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an LPN Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a correctional facility setting. We offer a supportive and safe environment that values integrity, positivity, teamwork, and tolerance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans.
- Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Follow through with treatment plans, perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
