Responsibilities

• Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues.
• Lift/handling raw and cooked meats.
• Performing paperwork and computer work.
• Supporting roles in the processing of meat.
• General use of a knife or other tools.
• Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished product.
• Ensuring food safety and quality.
• Cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications
