Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Wausau, WI and Weston, WI. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. Your responsibilities will include supporting people with developmental goals, assisting with personal hygiene, and fostering community integration.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
- Support participants with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.
- Foster community integration and engagement in favorite activities.
Requirements
- No High School Diploma required.
- No experience necessary.
- Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
