Job Description

We are searching for a Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Administrator to join GreenState Credit Union in North Liberty, IA. This key role focuses on talent acquisition processes, employment branding, and candidate sourcing and selection. The selected individual will play a vital part in shaping the credit union's future talent needs, aligning strategies with technological advancements, and candidate preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the credit union's core values and provide exceptional member service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop strategies to promote the credit union as an Employer of Choice while supporting staffing initiatives.
  • Enhance employment branding through various initiatives, such as recruitment social media platforms and the ATS.
  • Lead efforts to attract diverse talent and maintain a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance on human resource policies, training, and career development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of relevant HR experience in financial services or a service-related industry.
  • Minimum five years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

$90,593.36 - $121,250.74 per year with a comprehensive benefits package.
