Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IBM FileNet / Datacap Developer to join our team at EMPLOYERS. This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside in the US as no sponsorship is available. As the IBM FileNet / Datacap Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Enterprise Content Management solutions using IBM FileNet, Datacap, and other related tools. Your role will involve working independently and collaboratively to support FileNet P8 and IBM Datacap applications, including production operations, enhancements, and new implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap and .NET development.
- Experience with Datacap, RuleRunner, Navigator, Datacap Studio, and other document scanning solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET development, SOAP, REST web services, and SQL.

- Familiarity with cloud computing, test automation, multiple operating systems, and database systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 with comprehensive benefits included.
Work Environment:
- Remote professional office setting with occasional mobility required.
- Ability to accommodate early, late, or weekend hours based on business needs.
- Occasional lifting up to 30lbs and minimal travel may be necessary.
