Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacy services to internal medicine rounding teams
- Serve as the Pharmacy PGY1 Associate Residency Program Director
- Coordinate and oversee the PGY1 program
- Collaborate with the Graduate Medical Education programs
- Manage and train pharmacy residents
- Represent pharmacy on relevant committees
- Ensure completion of ASHP residency objectives
- Supervise pharmacists in the residency positions
- Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm), PharmD preferred
- PGY1 training or 3 years of acute care experience
- Knowledge of hospital-based information systems and Microsoft Office
- Current Pharmacist License in Florida, Teaching Certificate preferred
