IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician - Local Candidates Only

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our dynamic team at CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP). As an IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician, you will be responsible for providing internal support to service contract clients, conducting real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure, maintaining documentation, and ensuring system and network health, performance, and security management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure for issues, performance bottlenecks, and security threats.
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system and network health, performance, and security management.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Respond to alerts, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation

Salary Range: $38,000 - $45,000 yearly
