Job Description

We are hiring a Janitor on a full-time basis at Thunderbird Square Store located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Janitor will perform various janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash, and other cleaning tasks as needed for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. The starting pay for this position is $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed
  • Safeguard company property
  • Report need for major repairs
  • Stock refrigerators and set up conference rooms
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Clean building floors, dust furniture, and clean windows
  • Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning equipment
  • Report team member injuries promptly

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School education/GED or equivalent work experience
  • One year experience in janitorial services or related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR, as needed
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Proficient in English
