Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Field Superintendent to join Horizon Construction Group for an exciting large multifamily project in Bettendorf, Iowa. As a top-rated General Contractor working with Continental Properties, you will oversee all project field operations, including subcontractors, materials, and labor, ensuring the project is completed on time and to the highest standards. This position requires a minimum of ten years of experience in construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all project field operations, ensuring timely delivery within project schedules.
- Manage project punch lists and quality finish during all construction phases.
- Monitor schedule status daily and communicate with the office through detailed reports.
- Enforce safety protocols and identify and address any unsafe practices on-site.
- Supervise, teach, and motivate staff to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience in large-scale multifamily or commercial construction.
- OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and field expertise.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Compensation
Yearly salary: $95,000 - $130,000.
