We are looking for a Lead Refrigeration Technician to join our team at our location in Marshall, MO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the refrigeration system utilizing the computer and manual checks.
• Maintain ammonia pipes, replace compressors, and motors.
• Install conduit and pull wire for new equipment.
• Maintain 8 motorized mixers pumps at wastewater.
• Work on various types of metal piping found in the plant (gas, water, and sanitation).

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• People skills, including the ability to influence others and provide direction as asked by the supervisor in a professional manner in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Excellent safety record and understanding of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to solve problems with a results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities regarding refrigeration equipment.
• Ammonia process knowledge.
• Willingness and ability to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT.
• Ability to attain refrigeration/CARO certifications within 2 years from the date of hire.
