Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa, located on the pristine North Coast of Oregon, is seeking licensed massage therapists to join their team. As part of the Kiwanda Hospitality Group, you will deliver extraordinary coastal experiences to guests in one of the most amazing places on the Oregon Coast.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert Tidepools 60 and 90 minute treatment offerings.
- Work collaboratively to ensure the guest experience meets the brand promise.
- Continuously learn and develop your skills in massage therapy.
- Bring your passion and expertise to create a peaceful and rejuvenating spa atmosphere.
- Enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance with prime shifts on weekends and evenings.
Compensation
Starting at 30% commission plus hourly wage. Treatment compensation averages between $55-$78 per 60-90 minute treatment plus gratuity.
