Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a per diem night shift. As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, observe and monitor patient symptoms, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care to our patients. Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall.
• Delegate duties and monitor work performance of nursing personnel.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, notifying physicians of changes.
• Implement physician orders and interventions as needed.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current, valid state nursing license.
• Willingness to work as charge nurse and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care and follow doctors' orders.
• CPR certification.
• Attendance at in-service training and staff meetings.
