Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Granite Ledges of Concord Assisted Living Facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. We offer various shift options for LPN positions.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
