LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse) - Full Time (No Nights, No Weekends)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at Valley Counseling Services, a program of Family and Community Services Inc. This is a full-time position involving 40 hours per week, typically scheduled between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with potential for evening shifts based on agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of the Medical Director and VCS physicians.
• Monitor and report client behavior, condition, and response to medication.
• Provide emergency care and first aid services when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client data and maintain effective communication with the team.

Requirements

• Practical nursing degree and licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Training in medication administration, First Aid, CPR, and de-escalation techniques.
• Prior mental health nursing experience preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation.
