Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our team. As a technologist, you will perform accurate and efficient Mammography exams, operate imaging equipment proficiently, and maintain patient safety throughout procedures. You will play a key role in delivering patient and family-centered care while upholding the highest clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality Mammography exams following established procedures.
- Operate Mammography imaging equipment with proficiency.
- Ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Maintain professional development and adhere to ARRT requirements.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and peers.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of experience beyond staff radiographer level preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional Mammography certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
