Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead

We are looking for a Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead to oversee the accurate and efficient completion of life safety systems. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role involves training and supporting the assembly team, ensuring quality, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Training and guiding assembly team members.
• Maintaining inventory and organization in the assembly area.
• Coordinating flow of assembled systems and employee activities.
• Ensuring on-time completion of job orders.
• Inspecting in-progress and completed assemblies.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Mathematical and English proficiency.
• Communication and training abilities.
• Computer skills, MRP systems experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
