Join the team at KCI, Incorporated (A Member of the Tsubaki Group) as a Mechanical Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and supervision of industrial equipment using AutoCAD and Inventor 3D design software. Working closely with various teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Manufacturing Services, you will play an integral part in delivering high-quality solutions to customers worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Commitment to safety.
  • Design and revise industrial equipment using AutoCAD 2D & Inventor 3D.
  • Lead kickoff meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create design narratives, engineering analysis, and bill of materials for all designs.
  • Produce detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Review design documents for accuracy and constructability.
  • Manage Engineering costs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering in industrial design build environments.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor 3D, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with industrial manufacturing designs and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
