Responsibilities

• Administer medications following established procedures.
• Perform vital procedures such as taking vital signs.
• Practice universal precautions and safety measures.
• Document and report any medication errors.
• Count controlled substance medications accurately.

Requirements

• Registered on the NA1 registry with a clean record.
• Completion of state-approved training program and competency evaluation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
