Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services for a Medication Technician at the Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for administering medication in accordance with established policies and procedures, among other essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication per the Medication Administration policies.
• Perform assigned duties within professional certification limits.
• Continue education through workshops and in-service classes.
• Conduct procedures like vital signs and documentation as required.
• Report medication errors promptly.
• Interact appropriately with residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements

• Registration on the NAI registry without allegations of abuse or neglect.
• Completion of state-approved training program and competency evaluation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
