Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Music Teacher to join our team and help inspire individuals on their musical journey. As a Music Teacher, you will provide personalized instruction, develop instrumental techniques, enhance performance abilities, and guide participants in advanced musical skills. You will collaborate with students to prepare them for showcases and conduct assessments to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 instruction tailored to individual skill levels and musical goals.
• Develop participants' instrumental techniques with a focus on proficiency and musicality.
• Cultivate performance abilities for solo and ensemble performances.
• Instruct on advanced musical skills such as music notation, audition preparation, and improvisation.
• Collaborate with participants for showcase preparation.
• Conduct periodic assessments to track progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

Qualifications

• Strong background in music education and performance.
• Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
• Exceptional teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
• Knowledge of music theory, notation, and performance preparation.
• Creativity and flexibility in teaching adaptation.
• Access to musical instruments is a plus.
