Job Description
We are looking for a motivated New Grad Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center's Emergency Department. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under direct supervision to assist in the care of patients, perform routine procedures, and ensure patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurse in assessing patient conditions and providing necessary care.
- Attend multi-disciplinary rounds and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures.
- Respond to emergency codes and provide CPR when necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing program.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize medical systems effectively.
