Job Description
We are looking for a passionate New Grad Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team at Grace Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing direct and indirect care to patients. This is a full-time position with various shifts and a weekend commitment, offering a dynamic work environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing patient clinical conditions and diagnostic information.
- Provide individual patient care according to established Plan of Care.
- Respond to emergency codes and perform CPR if needed.
- Administer medications and conduct various medical tests.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Board-approved nursing education program.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize the ConnectCare system.
