Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Coordinator (RN) specializing in Gynecologic Oncology to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, offers day shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating clinical practice activities, developing educational programs, and ensuring quality patient care in the Gynecologic Oncology office.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of educational and orientation programs.
- Collaborate with clinical personnel to solve clinical problems effectively.
- Provide patient care based on individual patient needs and standards.
- Act as a liaison between the department and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in UR/Case Management/Navigation.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification required.
