Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology/Oncology team at Carroll Hospital, a LifeBridge Health Center in Westminster, MD. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medical Oncology/Hematology, you will be an essential part of our accredited program at the William E. Kahlert Regional Cancer Center. Responsibilities include working closely with board-certified Medical Oncologists, providing outpatient care, and participating in call rotations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in hematology/oncology, hold a master's degree in Nursing or Science, be CPR, BLS, and DEA certified, and possess excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of ambulatory and inpatient hematology/oncology experience.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Science.
- Certifications: CPR, BLS, DEA. AOCNP preferred.
- Registered and certified with the Maryland Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- Strong clinical knowledge in oncology and leadership skills.
