Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients following protocols and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff and other healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation as per policies.
