Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position at Grace Medical Center in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours and weekend commitment.
Summary
The Nursing Graduate will provide patient care adhering to Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organizational guidelines. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Emergency Nursing Certification preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center provides advanced care facilities including negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner for early diagnoses.
