Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, at Grace Medical Center's Emergency Room. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. The staff nurse will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services, possess BLS certification, and other required certifications within specified timeframes. The Unit details the state-of-the-art design and amenities of the new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, highlighting the focus on personalized patient care and advanced technologies. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
