Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols. This full-time position requires day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitments. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
