Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality care delivery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Stay updated with current standards of practice and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
